General Objectives
The Master`s Degree in Dental Sciences aims to train professionals capable of developing quality research methodology, scientific writing, teaching, public speaking, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary clinical practice, with an emphasis on technology and scientific innovation, who are prepared to work as professors, researchers, speakers, and distinguished clinicians in educational institutions as well as in companies or private clinics.
This program also aims to capture human and financial resources through teaching and research, generate the development of products and services that contribute to the good of the community, and always be in search of new technologies and innovation, often resulting from internationalization.
Specific Objectives
Therefore, the specific objectives of the Program include:
- Training and qualification of human resources;
- Obtaining funding;
- Training and qualification of professionals with leadership skills;
- Training and qualification of professionals providing public and private health services;
- Training and qualification of professionals with a methodological scientific basis;
- Training and qualification of clinical professionals with an interdisciplinary vision;
- Training of masters qualified in public speaking and teaching methodology, as well as able to provide excellent guidance and scientific writing;
- Establishing exchanges with scientific centers always seeking new methodologies, innovation and technology;
- Integration of graduate and undergraduate courses at the School of Dentistry;
- Integration with other graduate programs both at the Institution itself and with partner institutions;
- Development of products and services;
- Contribute to the active community, both in education and in service.
